In an effort to work with clients who prefer to fill their staffing needs themselves, we have developed an efficient, moderately priced, hourly service that can bring our resources and expertise at a fraction of the traditional costs. If you have recruited for a position on your own, you know the largest expense is the time you invest in screening what can be 200 to 500 resumes in response to your ad. This is time which can be spent more productively on growing your business or improving other operating efficiencies. First Place Staffing can review and screen the responses, sending back to you only those candidates we felt met the criteria and attributes you are seeking. You would then conduct your interviews as usual and follow your normal hiring process. Or, we can take the process a step further and interview your preferred choices, conduct reference checks or background checks and develop further information on your final candidates.
